To complement the Craft Fair this year, we will also be holding an Art Exhibition in the Auditorium, providing our Kindergarten to Year 12 students the opportunity to display pieces of work that they have completed throughout the year. Some of these up and coming artists will be sure to impress you!
Below are the dates and times for trade, set up and pack up:
Craft Fair: Sunday, 17 October 2010: 10.00am to 3.30pm
Set up: Saturday, 16 October 2010: 2.00pm to 5.00pm and/or Sunday, 17 October 2010: 7.00am to 9.00am
Pack up: Sunday, 17 October 2010: 3.30pm to 5.30pm
Our Craft Fair Committee will be advertising the Craft Fair extensively. In 2009 we attracted a very large crowd and our stallholders reported good sales. EFTPOS facilities will be available.
ACTION NEEDED: Email Kym Ashby on kbetti@bcgs.wa.edu.au for an application form and map.
This year, only a limited number of stalls selling similar products will be accepted for each venue – so don’t delay, get your application form in today!
Don’t miss this opportunity to join other craftspeople and artists on what will be a great occasion which is ideally timed to meet the Christmas market.
