Work Spaces

Hello, this is Liza of Letters4lilly and Lillybuds, back again as MOTL guest blogger.

Ive always been very curious about where people do their crafting, whether they would have a proper studio, thats seperate from the house, or a spare room thats been turned into your own little piece of heaven.

At the moment I am working on our dining room table, since the birth of our 2nd child I have lost my work room, its not ideal, but it will do for the meatime and until then I am dreaming of my perfect work space.

Martha Stewart and Amy Butler have the most incredible work spaces, obviously when money isnt a problem you can whatever you want, one day I hope my work space is as functional and stylish as theirs !!

  1. I'd also like to be able to afford the helper who obviously comes in to clean & tidy...!!! Far to organised!!!

  2. What a great post, it's something I am always interested to see, how other crafters organise themselves !

I do all of my computer / printables / admin work from my home office and I create / store my supplies & ideas in my studio which is a separate building in my backyard (see first post on my blog) .. works well for me as my business is my full time job so I can work, lock the door & switch off at a certain time !

  3. Great post Liza...my 'studio' is currently taking over the entire dining table (which is 3 metres long by the way) plus most of the workshop/shed out the back. And it's not neat in the least.
