The Annual General Meeting will be held at the
Saint George Hotel Upstairs Function Room
on 8th August 2010 at 12.30pm

It is open to the interested public and will contain election of committee members, financial reports and time for questions and discussion.

If you are interested, please come along. Tea & coffee will be available in the room.
