Re-love project: the finished item!

We can now reveal to you our finished old school desk which we have reinvigorated as part of the Feast Watson Re-love Project! 








We are really happy with how it turned out and don't want to part with it! However, it's for a good cause as proceeds go towards the Salvos. The auction is on now and you can bid on our desk here and the other participants' pieces here.

    We are the proud 'winners' of this amazing piece of furniture for the Feast Watson's Re-love Project. It hasn't arrived yet, but we fully appreciate the time, care, creativity and love that has gone into this piece. It will be positioned in front of a big window in our kids' shared bedroom. Our kids love to draw so this desk will be the perfect platform for letting their imagination run wild!

    Thank you for your generous time and effort in supporting such a great cause. Know that this desk will be cherished for many years to come and is going to a loving family and home.

    Hi, I know this is not your responsibility as such, but I'm having trouble getting in touch with Feast Watson via the eBay messaging service. It's been 2 weeks since I last heard from them and they were still trying to arrange a courier from WA to Melbourne. I understand if you don't know more than I do, but hope you might be able to shed some light on the matter? By the way, this is CC, the 'winner' of the desk on eBay. Thanks! :)

    Hello MOTL! Just letting you know that the beautiful desk has arrived (on Wed) and it is amazing in real life! The look on my children's faces when they saw it after school made the item truly priceless. They have each claimed their 'side' and written their names on the cloud-board. Wonderful artwork have already been produced while seated at their new desk and are proudly stored inside. Thank you again for such loving care in restoring this desk :)
