Markets Under The Pines is Perth's newest market, situated in the picturesque grounds of Curtin University on the first Sunday of every month from 10am to 4pm. The first market will be on Sunday 6th October, 2013 with stalls encompassing local produce, sumptuous food and innovative artisans' creations and lots of entertainment for the whole family, including an animal farm, pony & train rides.

I went to Uni today to study. And found your market in progress. As I made my way towards the Curtin buildings, I wistfully wished I had been reminded of the market. I see no advertising, billboards, flyers or the like. I have not been invited on to a mailing list or offered an auto reminder for when the next market is held. Maybe you want to keep it small and word-of-mouth only - but I enjoyed visiting it before Christmas and I would appreciate a reminder of 'next time it's on' - the first Sunday in the month is not always the easiest thing for me to remember. If that's so for me - then it will also be so for others. Just a thought.
